You can cancel or amend any order placed with CDSF (Co. Down Stoves and Flues), provided that the order has not been processed and any monies already paid will be fully refunded.

You can return any physically shipped product to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item(s). If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or, because it is damaged or defective, we will either replace the item or refund it in full including the delivery charge.

If you are returning an item within 14 days of delivery, and there has been no error on our part, we will refund only the cost of the item excluding delivery costs and associated taxes.
